At Focus Wealth Strategies, LLC, our “Primary Mission” is to help our clients and their families pursue their financial goals by creating an office committed to professional service, integrity, honesty, and straightforwardness. We have two office locations where our clients can visit us, or we are always willing to make the effort to visit them in their homes if it is inconvenient for them to come to us.

Tom Mitchell serves as a LPL Financial Advisor with Focus Wealth Strategies, LLC.
Before joining Focus Wealth Strategies, Tom was blessed with a 30-year career as a Commercial Banker providing consultative financial advice to owner managed businesses, professionals and real estate investors.

As Tom and his wife, Rhonda have slowly moved toward being empty nesters, Tom felt a call to also assist other individuals moving into a new season of life.

Tom has a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of South Florida.

His professional registrations include the Series 7 and Series 66 security license held through LPL Financial, and his Florida Health, Life and Variable Annuity license.

Born and raised in the Tampa Bay area, Tom and his family have been active members of Hillsborough United Methodist Church for the past 35 years. He currently sits on the Leadership Team as the Missions and Outreach Team Leader and is a current board member for the Florida Marketplace Ministries, Inc.

Tom and Rhonda have been a foster family for 15 years and are blessed with eight amazing children.

In his spare time, Tom loves camping and hiking with his family and serving at the Thrift Store for his church.
