Why do I call myself a Real Estate Advisor and not a Realtor or Real Estate Agent…
As a member of our local, State and National Realtors Board that does make me a Realtor. I am also a Real Estate Agent, but I like Real Estate Advisor because; I am here for the relationship, not the transaction!
I want to know your goals, make sure you know all options available and make the best decision for your needs!
That’s right, what is your exit plan? Do you consider your home an investment? Raise your hand, if you said yes!

Does your financial advisor reach out regularly, to make sure you are on track to retire (PSA, a good one should at least once per year)? So… you get regular updates on your retirement investment, why not your home investment?
