After serving my country in the Air Force and working over 25 years as an IT professional, my wife Judy, and I decided to make a career change. When we relocated to Florida from Chicago back in 1996 the real estate market was so different and complicated. We were at a loss and the experience was less than optimal. I didn’t want others to experience the same situation. So, in 2016 we decided that it was time for a change and with my background in IT project management I thought that moving into real estate with its constant moving parts, changing requirements, deadlines, and different personalities was a perfect fit. And it was! Since that time, my wife and I, both as partners in life and in work, have had the honor and pleasure of working with families of one or many, buying their first home, retiring, veterans, and others whether just moving neighborhoods, moving out of state or relocating to Florida. We really love helping people transition and finding the house that becomes their home to make memories and live the Florida life.
In addition, it is important to know my wife and I are committed to serving our community. That’s why we donate a portion of our income from each home we sell to Metropolitan Ministries. They are such a cornerstone in the Tampa Bay area helping those who have fallen on hard times. Giving a hand up to help our fellow friends and neighbors become independent again.
