Diane Barnes-Reynolds | Co-owner – Flash Forward Photo Booth
Diane Barnes-Reynolds is the co-owner of Flash Forward Photo Booth, LLC, along with her husband, and fellow RGA member, Scott Reynolds of Bay Breeze Air Conditioning and Heating. Diane is an attorney, mediator, and entrepreneur. Together, she and Scott own three businesses.
Flash Forward Photo Booth came from Diane’s passion for decorating and entertaining, talents she rarely got to use in her professional career. After designing and decorating a wedding from top to bottom for a family member, she decided to turn her efforts on the photo booth aspect of the event into a business and Flash Forward Photo Booth was born. As the owner of Flash Forward Photo Booth, she puts her listening skills, attention to detail, and design savvy to work to give every client that little extra detail to make their event unforgettable.
Flash Forward Photo Booth can serve many kinds of events, but its efforts are focused on corporate events and creating “guest experiences” over the typical party standard photo booth. The photo booth itself is a 65” two-way, touch screen mirror. In addition to regular photos, it is also AI enabled to turn guests into any character imaginable, put them in any environment, real or imagined, and it can combine guests’ real photos with backgrounds that make them appear three dimensionally in the background instead of standing in front of it.
Through Flash Forward, Diane’s specific focus on these corporate events is developing brand recognition, elevating brands, increasing brand awareness, and increasing brand staying power. The experience makes your customers happily share your brand with their family and friends, on social media, and leave your event talking about your business, your brand, and the experience of your business event for a long time to come. Her goal for Flash Forward Photo Booth is to grow the business to include many more event experiences and engagements for event guests and to make Flash Forward Photo Booth the go-to in corporate events throughout Florida.
Since joining RGA in June 2026, Diane has attended nearly all meeting locations at least once, has demonstrated the photo booth at a presentation at two meeting locations, and is now a team lead at the new Riverview meeting location. As a team lead, Diane seeks to elevate the networking power in the Riverview area and beyond that collectively and cooperatively, “lifts all boats”.
On the personal side, while Diane has many hobbies, she is in the season of being the mother of a teen whose sports hobbies occupy much of her “spare” time. Diane and Scott’s daughter is a competitive individual skater in U.S. Figure Skating and a member of a synchronized skating team that travels and competes nationally.
