RGA Network Code of CONDUCT

As a member or guest of RGA, I promise to abide by the following:

  • I will uphold the highest level of professionalism.
  • I will operate my business with truth and integrity.
  • I will keep my customers’ needs foremost.
  • I will advise my customers accurately, truthfully, and honestly.
  • I will promptly respond to all referrals.
  • I will cooperate in a good business spirit with fellow RGA members.
  • I will place principles before personalities.
  • I will not attempt to recruit RGA Members or Guests without express written permission. (Described below.)

As a member or guest of the RGA Network, you are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism in both verbal and nonverbal communication, as well as in all interactions during meetings, events, and publicly outside of our gatherings.

This commitment fosters a positive, collaborative environment where genuine connections and mutual growth can thrive, aligning with our core values of respect, integrity, and support for one another’s businesses. Failure to adhere to these standards may result in termination of membership or being asked not to return to any RGA events, as we prioritize the well-being and trust of our community above all.

Examples of unprofessional conduct that violate our guidelines include, but are not limited to:

  • Engaging in disrespectful, discriminatory, or harassing behavior toward others, whether based on race, gender, age, religion, or any other protected characteristic.
  • Using aggressive, profane, or inflammatory language in discussions, presentations, or online communications related to RGA.
  • In order to maintain a peaceful, respectful, business focused professionalism at RGA meetings both RGA Members and Guests are asked to refrain from discussing religion and politics at RGA events. Every member of RGA is entitled to their own beliefs including but not limited areas of politics, faith and more. At RGA our focus is on the professional growth of our members and their businesses therefore we do not discuss matters of personal religious beliefs or political preferences at our meetings. This would apply to all of our weekly meetings whether before, during or after while on location for it.
  • Soliciting or promoting products, services, or opportunities in a disruptive or unsolicited manner that detracts from the meeting’s focus.
  • Recruiting, defined as actively attempting to utilize RGA’s network and marketing to entice members or guests to visit a competing networking organization that is not partnered with us, which undermines our community’s cohesion. Over communication is good in this setting when seeking to promote an event. Please have confirmation in writing of any events that you wish to promote. Please provide that permission to the team leader before you promote your event. (Ex. Don’t ask Mark or Matt randomly for permission at an event. Email  info@RGANetwork.net
  • Sharing confidential information discussed in RGA settings without permission, or engaging in gossip that could harm reputations.
  • Failing to honor commitments, such as referrals or collaborations, in a timely and ethical manner.
