Tiffany Anderson – Saint Leo University
Tiffany Anderson is a passionate and purpose-driven leader in higher education, a devoted poet, and a two-time Amazon best-selling author whose life and career reflect a deep commitment to community, meaningful connection, and the transformative power of words. As the Manager of Community Engagement & Special Projects at Saint Leo University, she brings her strategic insight, emotional intelligence, and unwavering dedication to building strong partnerships, guiding students, and nurturing a culture of belonging.
Tiffany’s journey with Saint Leo is deeply personal and rooted in legacy. She earned her BA in Psychology in 2018 and her MS in Psychology in 2020, both from Saint Leo. In a powerful family milestone, she graduated alongside her father in 2018, an experience she often describes as much more than a graduation—it was a moment of healing, connection, and mutual pride. In Fall 2025, that legacy was renewed when her son, Israel, joined the Saint Leo community as a Lion himself.
Professionally, Tiffany has worn many hats in service to her alma mater. She has served as an academic advisor, assistant director, and staff leader in various capacities —always centering her work on empathy, equity, and empowering adult learners. Over the years, she has forged strong community relationships, organized professional development initiatives, and served as a mentor to students and colleagues alike.
Tiffany’s devotion to crafting meaningful connections also extends into her writing. She is a contributor to How to Maximize Your Network, which became a 2025 Best of the Bay winner for Best Book by a Local Author. Her writing reflects a belief she holds at her core: that words—carefully chosen, tenderly placed, and courageously spoken—have the power to uplift, heal, and transform.
She is also a co-author of Networking Isn’t a Dirty Word: Secrets from Successful Professionals, another Amazon best-selling title. Through both books, Tiffany has shared her expertise and her heart, encouraging others to embrace networking not as transactional, but as a profound opportunity for genuine, soul-level connection.
As a poet, Tiffany has been published in the Sandhill Review, where her work often explores themes of identity, belonging, and the quiet strength found in vulnerability. She writes not just because she loves language, but because she truly believes in the power of words—not just which ones we choose, but when we say them, how we say them, and to whom.
That conviction informs how she leads: in her role at Saint Leo, she sees community engagement not as a side task, but as essential to the institution’s mission. She is driven by a sense of service, but also by the strategic view that education and connection can be a catalyst for change. She cultivates spaces where students, alumni, and community members feel seen, heard, and supported.
Education, for Tiffany, is far more than a degree. It is a bridge between where we are and who we might become; it’s a way to heal, to grow, to leave positive footprints for future generations. Her own story—of graduating with her father, then witnessing her son don the Lion green and gold—embodies that belief in legacy and the redemptive power of learning.
Above all, Tiffany Anderson lives her values. She builds with intentionality; she writes with purpose; and she encourages others to lean into their own stories, their own words, and their own potential. Through her work in higher education, through her poetry, and through her books, she models courage, connection, and conviction—and she invites everyone she meets to do the same.
