Mark A. McMurray is the co-owner of Floor Coverings International® of North Tampa, where he and his wife, Jenny McMurray, have built a business known for integrity, professionalism, and a truly customer-first approach to flooring and remodeling projects throughout the greater Tampa area. Since launching the North Tampa location in 2017, the McMurray’s have combined disciplined leadership, financial rigor, and hands-on service to deliver consistently high-quality results and five-star client experiences.
Mark brings a diverse leadership background shaped by service and execution. A veteran of both the U.S. Marines and the U.S. Navy, he applies a mission-oriented mindset to business operations, team leadership, and client care. Following his military service, Mark worked in management consulting, advising branch-based organizations on performance improvement, operational efficiency, and scalable growth. These experiences directly inform how Floor Coverings International® of North Tampa operates today — with clear processes, accountability, and a relentless focus on doing things the right way.
Jenny McMurray is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and co-owner of the business, providing financial leadership, oversight, and strategic guidance. With a strong professional background in accounting and finance, Jenny ensures the business operates with transparency, sound controls, and long-term sustainability. Her involvement allows the company to balance exceptional customer service with disciplined financial management — a combination clients and partners value and trust.
Together, Mark and Jenny lead a team built around service, education, and follow-through. Their business model centers on bringing a curated mobile flooring showroom directly to clients’ homes, allowing homeowners and commercial clients to see products in their own space, receive expert guidance, and move through projects with clarity and confidence. From initial design consultation through professional installation and post-project follow-up, the focus is always on delivering a smooth, stress-free experience.
Married since 1993, Mark and Jenny are also proud parents of two children, Alex and Kenzie. Deeply rooted in the local community, they value service beyond the jobsite and believe that how a business operates should reflect the same principles they apply to family life: honesty, accountability, and respect.
