Founded by James Ponton II, known locally as "The Roof Inspector," Roof Advocates of Tampa Bay was created to address a common problem homeowners face: not knowing who to trust when it comes to their roof. We work with a network of vetted, licensed, and insured roofing contractors throughout the Tampa Bay area. Homeowners receive multiple clear, comparable estimates, allowing them to evaluate scope of work, materials, warranties, and pricing side by side. We review these estimates with the homeowner, explain differences, and answer questions so they can choose the contractor that best fits their needs. Throughout the project, Roof Advocates of Tampa Bay remains involved as an independent resource.
