What is now the Lucas, Macyszyn & Dyer Law Firm was founded in February 2000. Since its inception, the Lucas, Macyszyn & Dyer Law Firm has grown considerably due to the basic principles of hard work and dedication to our clients’ needs. Martin Macyszyn was born in Poland and moved with his family to the United States at a young age. He began his undergraduate education in Deland, Florida, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Stetson University, Florida’s first private university. At the conclusion of his undergraduate work, Martin moved to Boston, Massachusetts to pursue a Masters degree in Public Health. During his studies in Boston, Martin focused on the medical-legal aspects of public health, thus earning a concentration in Health Law.

Lucas, Macyszyn & Dyer has four (4) locations serving Pasco, Hernando, and Citrus County clients. An office in Spring Hill, Hernando County, was opened in 2010 and is also fully staffed to serve our Hernando and other adjacent northern counties. Our fourth staffed office opened in Wesley Chapel in February 2016. Our most recent office is located in Inverness and is staffed to serve our Citrus County.
Our main office in New Port Richey, Pasco County, actually consists of two buildings adjacent to each other located at 8606 Government Drive, roughly 150 feet from the south wall of the West Pasco Judicial Center. We are very easy to find. Just look for the green and brick buildings with the Statute of Liberty in front.
In 2010, we opened our Spring Hill Office, this office is also fully staffed to serve Hernando and other adjacent northern counties. In February 2016, we expanded into Eastern Pasco County with our fourth staffed office in Wesley Chapel. In January 2021 we opened our Citrus County office in Inverness right on State Road 44.

Kevin L. Sullivan II is a personal injury and civil litigation attorney practicing throughout the State of Florida. He was raised in Tampa, Florida. He attended First Baptist Christian High School and graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors. He then attended Saint Leo University for his undergraduate education, where he graduated cum laude from the Honors Program with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. While at Saint Leo University, Kevin was a Resident Assistant, Vice President of Finance for the Student Government Union, and a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity. Due to his superior involvement and dedication to the Fraternity, Kevin was the first undergraduate in the fraternity’s history, out of over 275,000 men, to be awarded the Key Leader Award.
Upon completion of his undergraduate education, Kevin attended Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida. There, he obtained his Juris Doctor degree and finished a full semester early. During his first year of law school, Kevin was a quarterfinalist in the Saint Thomas Moore Moot Court Competition. Kevin held a number of different law clerk positions while in law school which allowed him to gain significant exposure to a variety of practice areas and the legal system.
After passing the Florida Bar, Kevin returned home to the Tampa Bay Area and began to practice personal injury law with a boutique law firm. Currently, Kevin has joined the personal injury and civil litigation firm, Pipas Law Group. He assists clients that have been injured in car accidents, motorcycle accidents, and slip & falls, in addition to a variety of other personal injury matters. Jacquelyn Reed graduated from Florida State University in 2010 where she obtained two Bachelor’s degrees, double-majoring in Psychology and Political Science. She was actively involved in serving the community and arranged and participated in dozens of service projects in Tallahassee.
Jacquelyn earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida. Jacquelyn succeeded in graduating cum laude and in the top 10% of her class. She participated in organizations such as the Dade County Bar Association and the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. Jacquelyn also gained greater insight into the legal profession working for Judge Diane Ward.
