Value- giving our clients and referral partners the most bang for their buck…whether it be our free warranty package with full home inspections or just going above and beyond on a 4-point or wind mit. Ex. While recently in the attic doing a wind mit I noticed a piece of duct work that was disconnected for the Return Plenum, the return air was coming from the attic space. The unit was probably running all the time. Although it wasn’t part of the inspection I was doing I only felt it was right to inform the homeowner. If I see something that can help the homeowner in any way I will let them know.

Ethics-You can trust that everything we do is above board. We won’t do anything to anyone that we don’t want done to ourselves. The client is the most important part of the transaction so they should be treated accordingly. Being ethical will give my clients and referral partners the best experience.

Meticulous-I will inspect every house to uncover every small detail. I will not call out minor aesthetic defects as if they are a major concern. I will list the defects I find and categorize them in severity order. Uncovering defects is my job. This protects the client by giving them a clear view on what costs are going to go into this huge investment that they are considering. To see on the report what the problems are with the house gives them an idea of how much work needs to be done to make the house their home. (I can also produce a report that will give estimates on how much the repairs will be)

Affordability-I didn’t start my business to get rich, just looking to earn a decent living and build my retirement fund up. A home buyer should get an inspection to protect their investment, skipping one due to cost should not be a factor. So I believe that I have priced all my inspections to be affordable. I give discounts to 1st responders, teachers and military personnel.

Dwight has been licensed and worked in many aspects of the real estate industry for 25 years which includes real estate sales, property management, rehab investment, and 5+ years in mortgage loan origination.

He has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Some of his community involvement includes a position serving as a director of the Brazil-Florida Chamber of Commerce. This organization promotes and fosters international business relations between the two countries.

Recognized for his management skills in various director positions on Association Boards, he was selected to be a panel judge for the statewide “Florida Communities of Excellence Awards” program. This is an annual statewide event that recognizes homeowner and condo associations for their best practices, that has most benefited the members and financial health of their communities.
