My speciality for home developments both new and resales extend throughout that entire region.

I am a New Tampa resident for 35 years. I have seen the development progress over that time.

Yes, I can show you leasing and buying options. I am familiar with dozens of neighborhoods and new developments between New Tampa~ Hillsborough County  all the way up to Pasco County.
