This podcast is designed to give YOU an additional promotional platform as part of your membership. In order to make this podcast episode a success and something that represents both RGA and more importantly YOUR business well we have composed a few best practices for upcoming guests.

• If at ALL possible utilize a wired connection to your computer.
• Use forward facing lighting or position yourself with natural lighting in front of you. Not at your side or behind you. (The light will wash out your video and make it look lower quality.)
• Make sure the room you are in doesn’t echo too much.
• Make sure that pet’s are not going to interrupt the recording if you are at home.
• Make sure that you have a professional background and setting. Avoid sitting on a couch or having home furnishings placed behind you. Make your setting as professional as possible.
• Make sure to dress professionally. Business casual is appropriate. Remember you only get one chance to make a great first impression.
• Read through the Podcast agenda/script and point out any questions you would specifically like to have asked. Have some prepared thoughts on things like how you got into the business and any other questions you want to make sure are asked.
