Veterans Escrow and Title Services is an independent, veteran-owned and operated title closing service agency. We are proud to be appointed to issue land title policies through  Westcor Land Title Insurance Company.

Dwight is Business Development Coordinator and founding member of the team. Dwight settled in the Tampa Bay area after retiring from the U.S. Army as a Chief Warrant Officer and Senior Aviator.

Dwight has been licensed and worked in many aspects of the real estate industry for 25 years which includes real estate sales, property management, rehab investment, and 5+ years in mortgage loan origination.

He has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Some of his community involvement includes a position serving as a director of the Brazil-Florida Chamber of Commerce. This organization promotes and fosters international business relations between the two countries.

Recognized for his management skills in various director positions on Association Boards, he was selected to be a panel judge for the statewide “Florida Communities of Excellence Awards” program. This is an annual statewide event that recognizes homeowner and condo associations for their best practices, that has most benefited the members and financial health of their communities.
